Welcome to Palya Art and Palya Art Tours website.

Australian First Nation peoples’ breadth and depth of culture and artistry is vast; becoming ever more recognised. This website is under continual evolution whilst Aboriginal artists are consulted across the country; mostly at north western Australia Art Centres. These Indigenous Art Centres are owned and managed by artists and their communities.

The Art Centres, shown by purple points on the Home Page indicating Aboriginal people's own run communities, are those visited, by air, with Palya Art Tours. Indigenous managed Art Centres support Palya Art’s national and international Aboriginal art exhibitions to reach new audiences who, in turn, visit people on traditional Indigenous lands under mutually respectful arrangements.

Fly in to these remote locations wit Palya Art Tours to visit is a win win, win win situation. Aboriginal artists are supported to remain on Homelands, if that's the choice, Indigenous communities gain an independent income, clients meet incredible people and are rewarded with life changing experiences, along with the opportunity to purchase magnificent Aboriginal art.

Art works by hundreds of Aboriginal artists from across north west Australia are exhibited under Online Exhibition. These Indigenous artworks are available for ethical purchasing. Palya Art exhibits under The Code. Enquiries to come with Palya Art Tours across Aboriginal people's Roper River Region, Arnhem Land, Stone Country, Tiwi Islands, Kimberley or Central Desert areas can be made through Contact Us.

There are many more Indigenous Art Centres than shown here. I encourage you to surf the links, which will be added to over time. Further images will be uploaded with extensive consutation and approval from each Aboriginal artist.

Please feel free to give feed back via the Contact Us page.

Thank You,  Helen Read
